Three simple steps for your shipment
Prepare and submit a Quote Request. Include all the relevant information to ensure a correct calculation of the costs. The must-have-fields are marked accordingly.
We will process the information and send you a text message or email with our quote for your shipment. If the quote is acceptable for you send the payment via the Zelle App (preferred) or the Cash App.
After payment, you will receive an email with the label and customs documents in PDF format. Just print these, sign the customs docs (i.e. Pro-Forma-Invoice). Then go to the next DHL drop-off location, ask for a pouch (per package if more than one) put the labels and docs into the pouch, and stick on the respective package. Then drop it off at the counter. Ask for a receipt, for this will show the tracking number.
